Katie Zelinski is a pediatric Occupational Therapist who specializes in sensory integration, feeding, and regulation. She is the creator of The Well-Balanced OT, an online community providing mentorship and education to therapists and parents through webinars, resources, and one-on-one/group sessions. Katie believes that through using a play-based and child-led approach we can foster curiosity, connection, and skill development.
