Abby is a New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, currently residing in New York City where she services the Early Intervention through Early elementary population in the private practice setting. For the past 4 years, she has serviced solely preschool-age students in their homes, preschool settings, and daycares. Before that, Abby was a school-based SLP servicing preschool and elementary school students. She particularly enjoys a push-in model, servicing students directly in their classroom setting, to better collaborate with teachers and staff. Abby is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist with a strength-based, child-centered focus. She believes strongly in utilizing clients’ interests and often employs a play-based approach in her therapy sessions to combine evidence-based approaches with real-life strategies to help children reach their individualized goals (and have fun!).
